Bad app not worth it ### 1/5 — Don’t Order A Taxi Through the App *2021-04-19, version 2.20.0* I ordered a taxi using the app to pay with my debit card. After 10 minutes of “locating a driver” I canceled the ride. Prior to ordering the taxi I called and dispatch told me plenty of taxis were available. Anyway, today I found out that they still charged my debit card for the ride. I thought maybe the charge was pending but when I spoke to my bank they said the charge was finalized. What a hassle this is to get a charge reversed. These people really tried to steal my money. ### 1/5 — “Reliable” *2018-10-27, version 2.18.0* Not reliable at all, five cabs were in my area, one down the block and not one of them answered, after then minutes one that was ten minutes away answered. Terrible service, waited a good two hours once just for them to pick up. If your in a rush I suggest Uber or Lyft even if they might charge more. I even suggest Juno or Via. This is still terrible and now it’s 5 dollars instead of 6. ### 1/5 — UNreliable Taxi *2018-06-07, version 2.16.0* TERRIBLE TAXI SERVICE! DON’T EXPECT THEM TO COME WITHIN 10-30 minutes. Wait about 2 HOURS and maybe you’ll get one. CALL NEWLINE—the better of two evils. Take the bus or walk, you’ll reach your destination quicker. Drivers aren’t that great either, not worthy of a tip.
