This is a CRIMINAL act, that they charge and receive money and then do NOT deliver the services. Bait and switch! Users of this app are in a difficult position as in many circumstances there is no other option to connect with their loved ones in jail. The quality of picture and sound belongs back in the early 2000s. It takes at least 5 attempts for the call to actually connect. The developers of this app seem to feel that because these are incarcerated people and their families that they do not deserve adequate technology. In addition, this company is making quite a lot of money ($0.25 PER MINUTE) while providing abysmal service. They get away with it because regardless of the circumstances people want to be able to speak with and see their loved ones. When trying to connect to a family loved one in jail and you can’t connect and you lose out on that connection and possibly the $$. Not only that but the sound quality is just awful apparently your family loved in in jail can hear you talk but we can’t hear our family loved one talk to us from the jail. It’s rather annoying and considering what people pay to put on their loved ones accounts to be able to be connected is crap and for it not to work is a waste of money for all. All we want to be able to do is be connected with our family and loved ones while they are in jail and this is not the right app. Please resolve the problem maybe even some reimbursements wouldn’t hurt either. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2023-05-08* This app is awful.
