Pathetic service. I ordered a earbuds on 7th august 2022 and Today is 9th August. I have no any update about my product even i haven’t any single message about it. They are claiming that they are doing instant delivery within 3 hours, but it’s more than 24 hours that i haven’t any information. I called to customer care center but they can’t help me. I don’t know what to do or what no to do. I request to everyone, don’t order through this reliance digital because i think they are doing fraud. Even their senior level management’s can’t help you in any way. This is my first and last order on this app. This is totally fraud. Just stay away from them. FRAUD! ### 1/5 — Worst application worst reliance *2022-06-10* Only if i had an option to give O stars. Pathetic service. I ordered a phone on 7th June 2021 and it was to be delivered on the same day within 3 hours . Until, 9th June there was no update as to where the phone was. They didn't even ship it. When i called the customer support, they asked me to wait for another 72 hours for their call even when they were already late. They I called again they said we can not help you , technical error has been going on their system , Almost after 60 hours they called me and told that they couldn't ship it because they did not have any stock. And the status of my mobile of was returned when it didn’t even reached my home also . After cancelling the order from their side, they emailed me saying that they had to cancel it because i requested them to cancel. Firstly, they shouldn't be accepting any orders if they don't have it in stock. WORST SERVICE EVER. I have read many such reviews where people haven't even received any refund. Just stay away from them. FRAUD! ### 1/5 — Don’t go for it at any cost *2022-05-25* I ordered a mobile on April 30 and cancelled it on May 1 till today which means till May 25 I didn’t get any refund for the cancellation and it’s been a fifth the time i am calling them every time when I call to the support person there asking for 72 hours of waiting period it’s repeating for the 5th time happen every time they’re asking for 72 hours and no resolution provided for my issue. I didn’t get any responses for my emails messages on my call request bank services anything there simply sitting at their office and answering wait for the next 72 hours. Reliance Digital is simply holding the customers money and playing fun games with that. ### 1/5 — Poor service *2022-02-25* Online service is worst. This is my experience on ordering a fan online . When am placing a order it showed me like within next two days your order will be delivered so with this in mind I ordered a fan since am moving quickly to a new house. But I didn’t receive any notification from shop either it will be delivered on time or delayed . After two days I didn’t even got a message on my order. So I called customer care they were so care free told me to wait for another 3 to 5 days with no clue why my order is delayed . They never asked anything n cut my call. As a customer I felt so bad about this we are paying money for your service but your behaviour on service is worst. So I cancelled the order and told them to refund my amount which is the good thing I did to myself. ### 1/5 — Worst ever app worst ever service cheating Company *2022-02-06* I would have rated with negative rating if only I had that option available here. They take the order, and keep customer waiting for 7 days for delivery and on delivery, when you don’t get the product and you call customer care all they will say that your order is auto canceled and is returned to warehouse and it will take 7 8 working days to initiate refund. No prior information/status was shared. I saw many people facing the same issue while ordering products from here I have ordered MacBook and my money is blocked. I think this is a great way of cheating customers. Take prepaid orders, get the money, do not deliver the product, and refund after 7 8 working days. By doing this they are keeping customer money for 15 20 days with them and earring interest out of it. Customer go with the brand name of reliance and place order. I strongly believe that local electronic will give you better service than this. Worst service and worst application ### 1/5 — Worst service ever *2021-11-05* Only if i had an option to give 0 stars. When i called the customer support, they asked me to wait for another 72 hours for their call even when they were already late. FRAUD! ### 1/5 — Useless App Don’t waste your time downloading. *2021-10-31* Worst worst ever app made by Reliance company. ### 1/5 — Scammers *2021-07-08* They mention that they will give discount on their online purchase, however won’t give them for offline. However if you still try to purchase the same online, they will come up with fake “not available”, whereas if you call up the stores, they will say it’s available however they won’t give the discount. The online website won’t even show these items are “out of stock” because they are scamming by making people come there, only to force them to buy it offline at a higher price. Else it really doesn’t make sense. The offline store has assured and called me up on their own after checking to verify that the product is available and not out of stock. ### 1/5 — Worst app and worst store *2021-05-16* I would not have given even one star for the pathetic service given by reliance digital. Due to COVID restrictions my order got stuck which is completely understandable. I just wanted to cancel the order but even after numerous calls to customer service i only got one response to cancel the order from the app. Now the worst part is that the app is just so pathetic that it doesn’t even have a cancellation option. Now my order is stuck for I don’t know how long and i cannot even cancel it. Worst Customer Care Services. *2020-09-19* I invited few guests on Saturday to my new home.. I decided to get an ac and referigerator.. I searched it on this app.. It showed me that my products will be delivered by friday.. I confirmed the order and paid complete amount.. Its Saturday today 11 pm.. My order has not yet been delivered..My guests came and already gone back😂.. I contacted their customer care to get my order atleast till 5..I asked them to arrange a call with their manager.. I gave them option to pick my order from nearest reliance digital store.. Actually It seemed as if I am the customer care executive.. They didn’t even arranged connected my call with their manager.. And now even if they deliver it right now.. Its almost useless for me.. #worstexperience #firstandlastorder.. ### 1/5 — Worst service *2020-09-13* Dont ever puchase from them. Worst service ever. No updates regarding complaints. Its been almost a month no response is given the the team in regards of the replacement of the damaged product i had received. Few days back i had placed an order for Apple earphones and my order was also marked as confirmed. Later there was no update on my order, so i called the customer care. 1st time i called they said they don’t have the item in inventory. 2nd time they said the product was damaged, hence we cannot deliver. Also they had no idea when this will be back in stock, nothing. The payment method was online as they had no COD available. So my money was gone. Obviously refund option was there but i had place order for an earphone not for my refund. Even if u now see their website, it still shows that the product is in stock. So basically this Reliance Digital website is a complete scam. I had read online reviews and looked at the ratings both were worst for this store. Still to save some bucks I thought of ordering from here as the brand name was trust worthy. But i am really disappointed now. I contacted the Reliance Digital helpline and raised a request for a duplicate invoice. I was assured that the bill would be sent to my registered email address. It has now been 66 hours, and I am still waiting for the duplicate bill. The company providing maintenance/service is asking for the purchase bill to verify the warranty period, but Reliance Digital has failed to provide it despite my repeated request. This is extremely disappointing and shows a serious lack of customer support. A simple duplicate invoice should not take 66+ hours. Because of this delay, my AC maintenance/warranty service is being affected. At last, I would not suggest anyone visit Reliance Digital or purchase from their store. I raised a service executives who said that your service is complete 2 -3 days ..but now 15 days are completed but the service team does not come... Again I called customer service and they said that your service was completed but neither service team came home and also showed fake status that your service was completed...now I still wait for AC service..such v fake reliance service and fake people and also bad quality products.. I experienced very very very bad reliance digital.. please don't buy products in the reliance store please go to another brand Store... The customer service is absolutely pathetic. They don’t seem to care about their customer at all. When I reach out for support. I placed an order for a tablet worth ₹1.11 lakh and made a prepaid payment. Despite my order being confirmed, there was no update on the dispatch status for an entire week. This incident has left me questioning the reliability of their services ### 1/5 — Never use this app. *2024-09-30* I bought an airpod from reliance, packing was tempered , it was my mistake i bought from reliance to get 1000 discount but i got used airpod one month old thats how company like reliance , even for tempered packing i contact customer care they asked for 72 hr but they took one week for reply. And refused then i send them guaranty issue they took more 10 days to reply to refused .so i suggest don’t use such company , even if you buy offline store you never buy tempered packing, then why reliance just push on us tempered packing . But after that it’s complete silence from reliance. I have called them 5-6 times and then only they sent someone for pickup. After pickup I then called 5-6 times to send new product but no response. And finally after 20 days they told me that my order is cancelled. What a pathetic service by reliance. Their customer care is so horrible. When I asked why they canceled my order then they said due to unavoidable reason? I then ordered from vijay sales and they delivered in same day installed next day. Seriously I don’t understand why is Mukesh Ambani even running this pathetic online store. Is he not seeing all these overwhelmingly negative reviews. Why is he letting his brand gets damaged by these incompetent people. ### 1/5 — No refundment *2024-04-25* We placed an order and got cancelled for unknown reasons.its been 9 days since the order got cancelled and we not yet received the money back.There is no response to my mail concerning about the refund.I hope atleast they respond to this rating. ### 1/5 — Most worst customer service and retail store *2022-10-13* I went to reliance digital store in Kopar Khairane Navi Mumbai. For apple adapter the customer executive told me to wait for 5min to bring adapter then he told price was 1900 so i asked him for offers so he told me that check on reliance digital online and then click their pickup at store so when i checked online it was 1800 so I ordered there at 8:20pm then he told me to receive a bill receipt and adapter at a different counter when i went there the person standing there told me to wait for 10-20min as they had some technical issues I waited for 9:40pm then after that person told me that” we can’t give the adapter you can take duplicate bill only for today” i told him that i have already paid for that product and either i will take my adapter with me or give me my money back. Then at 10pm he told me that we can’t do anything we are closing and you can just go with that bill only.. never thought of such a worst experience at reliance digital. I still have a duplicate bill and still not received my adapter. I had heard a lot abt them cancelling orders and I was pretty worried. So I called them and their customer care is really good, they told me that my order has been confirmed and told the delivery date. They informed me through the whole delivery period and they even delivered it to me 2 days earlier than the delivery date they said before.
