worse app ever they say you can book virtual appointment but you wont be able to do that

Despite creating a login and password and also having an UHID, your app does not recognise my mobile number nor the password. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, still doesn’t work. 
Why does the app keep asking for registration details every time? Isn’t there any face recognition or MPIN facility? 
The customer experience and interface is poor. You really need to work on the app, just an update my not suffice. In times like today our first touch interface is an app (for clients like us) - either pull down the app or work on it.

Appointments of one patient are displayed under another user in the family inspite of having different mrn numbers

No time management, as doctors are not available on time,, treatment is good, equipment’s are good but doctors they make us wait for a long time.. a prior appointment was taken then too it took 2 hours waiting .. pathetic…
