I have completed it more than once in an effort to have it not prompt again but that did not work. NONE of these people are able to direct me to IT; and the one that told me to try and submit a support ticket didn’t realize IT are a bunch of lazy people who simply reset my password instead of READING THE MAIN ISSUE IN MY COMMENT.
