All benefits were explained verbally — no brochure, no document, nothing on email/SMS, and even the app shows errors instead of plan details. The app and the website both show my AC and ResQ plan listed, but they show “This product is not serviceable” errors. Called support on toll free — they said maybe it’s some technical issue. But it’s been 40+ days since I have been seeing this error. Sent a detailed email, but instead of fixing the app issue or understanding it, they simply created a AC service request and now technicians are calling for AC servicing (which I didn’t ask for). They also ignored my request for a refund. Also, there’s zero clarity between Panasonic and resQ on who handles warranty and free services during the first year. Overall, very confusing and poorly managed experience. Reliance is always a loser when it comes to building apps and websites - both at tech product management and software engineering. ### 1/5 — Worthless support *2026-04-17* I booked an AC service. The technician told time there is Gas leakage in compressor and Made me she’ll out ₹4500+ for the various cleaning and air filling he performed. I asked him for a bill. He told he’ll share. I am repeatedly calling him he keeps assuring me he’ll share. Tired I call ResQ customer care. They didn’t register my complaint. Told I need to speak to the store. After multiple insisting they shared some number. Now the store guy has assured me he’ll arrange for the bill by EOD. Will update the review based on that. But the overall experience of the ResQ is pathetic. Can’t rely on them for tracking anything. It’s highly bureaucratic and point you back to the store for any resolutions. This is shameless for a Brand like Reliance. I would advise other customers directly reach to brands like LG for any maintenance service if you don’t want to get scammed by the Service personnel. ### 1/5 — Pathetic experience with Resq service *2026-03-07* I have water filter and needs to replace the filter. I have purchased extended service plan , when I raised service ticket, it allowed me to raise but no action after they . And after few days they close the ticket. It’s been 1 month I am chasing but they end up raising a complaint or another service request with assurance that it will be addressed in 48 hours but no action. I’m made a big mistake to believe in Reliance service. I probably go market and check who can replace the filter even I have to pay for the same My requests to all not to buy product from Reliance if you are looking for service from Resq . I hopeful they will address by taking action on service team and make strong process and have some option for customer to add comment in ticket and have option to escalate if not addressed within time limit ### 1/5 — Waste of time waste of money waste of energy *2025-12-11* Reliance ResQ is rally unreliable. response time is very poor they need 1 week to just to schedule the service for my water purifier and waiting for reimbursement from more then 60 days. I have faced many mess from very beginning. Even though I had purchased the coverage of 4 years for my product in 2021. My warranty supposed to start by 2022 but for some reason it was still showing product not covered under any warranty after many follow ups they were not able to resolve the issue on calls neither in emails finally I had to visit nearby store to rectify the warranty details for my product by again resubmitting my original invoice and ResQ booklet which was really painful because it’s been already a year since I purchased this product and I had to search for this in all my old folders they really made me sick for few months with this kind of hassles. And this still continued when each time I booked the service I never got direct service from ResQ service Center they always sent technicians from third party with average response time of 1 week and I also end up paying them again from my pocket for each service and I had to again submit the bills to the ResQ team and wait for the refunds and this process on average take minimum 1 month and it needs multiple reminders through calls and emails still they continue responding with automatic email responses. I really had a very bad experience with this product from very beginning till now I hope this feedback will help other why no to choose ResQ for your products. This is really tiresome !! ### 1/5 — Worst service at Park Street centre *2025-08-03* I had a very bad experience buying a 55’ LG Qled TV from Park Street centre. I had to wait for 2 hrs to complete the billing. The centre manager Mr Banerjee had no idea of the rates and it took 2 hours to fix the rates promised to me in their system. He was literally arguing with his counterpart and LG sales person to finalise the rates and put it into their system. After the purchase I wanted the installation on the next Sunday morning and requested the same to them. After their confirmation 1 week ahead, the installation guy could not reach on time when the time was booked 7 days in advance. Service is really poor and I deeply regret purchasing my TV from Reliance Digital, Park Street centre. I should have read the reviews before taking this decision. ### 1/5 — Pathetic service *2025-07-31* I have a very disappointing service from reliance resQ . There is no way to escalate the service request and no proper response from the team after raising the complaint. Complaint registered via resQ app 7 days ago and still no response from the team after raising. If we reach customer care they will say that you will get a call back from concerned team with in 48 hours and your issue will be resolved ASAP. For reliance I believe the ASAP is multiple weeks. Very much disappointed with the service and gentle request to others please do not go for extended warranty from reliance , the enthusiasm which they are showing during the extended warranty sales you will not get the same response when your product needs the service. ### 1/5 — Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and No Accountability *2025-06-19* I had a terrible experience using the Reliance Digital Service App. I bought a AC from a Reliance Digital showroom, but right from installation to support, the service has been completely unprofessional and unreliable. The app promises “quick support” and “seamless service requests,” but in reality, I had to make endless calls and follow-ups just to get a basic installation done. Technicians kept changing, were rude, untrained, and never showed up on time. Even after installation, the AC stopped cooling within a day, and the same gas leakage issue has happened twice within just 10 days of purchase. Despite registering complaints through the app and calling the service center multiple times, the support was painfully slow and inefficient. The AC was meant for my elderly parents, and because of this mess, they haven’t been able to sleep properly for over a week. The app doesn’t let you track service effectively, escalation is difficult, and there’s zero accountability. Reliance needs to seriously rethink its after-sales support and technician management. Until then, I would not recommend anyone to rely on this app for service. ### 1/5 — Worst service ever *2025-05-21* Incompetent Service, Zero Accountability, and Deceptive Warranty Sales - A Warning to All Buyers" "I deeply regret purchasing my AC from Reliance Digital, largely due to the disastrous experience with their service arm, Reliance ResQ. Their service request management is non-existent, making it impossible to track the status of your complaints. What's even more frustrating is how their sales team aggressively pushed me to purchase an extended warranty. My Haier AC already had a manufacturer's warranty valid until June 2026, yet I was pressured into buying an additional two years of coverage (from 2026 to 2028) by paying extra. This extended warranty has proven utterly useless. The engineer assigned to my AC installation was clearly unqualified and inexperienced, resulting in a flawed installation that has caused me significant inconvenience and distress. Despite my persistent efforts to reach out and seek resolution, my calls and requests have gone unanswered time and again. This level of negligence and lack of customer support, especially after being sold an unnecessary and unfulfilled extended warranty, is shocking. Save yourself the headache and avoid Reliance Digital and Reliance ResQ at all costs. Their sales tactics are misleading, and their service is non-existent. ### 1/5 — Useless Support And Service *2025-05-01* I had bought a Whirlpool fridge from Reliance on 27th and since then there has been a problem in that fridge which has not been resolved yet and it has been more than a month now. A technician had come to that fridge once, they just said that it will need replacement for which I went to the store and talked to them, they said that you should talk to the helpline about this, when I talked to the helpline then they said that it will be replaced from the store only and not from customer support and when I went to the store and talked to them they said that there are some products which only Whirlpool people will replace and then I talked there also but they also said that it will be replaced from the store only because The product has been purchased from reliance. When I again went to the store and talked to them they said that I have sent an email regarding this and it will be done within 2 to 3 days. From 16 till now no revert or technical issue has been fixed nor has replacement been done. And after that again when I talked to the store they said that Sir's approval has come but due to some glitch there is a problem in your replacement which has not been fixed till now and it has been more than 15 days now. Even after calling the helpline repeatedly and talking to the store there was no revert or any answer nor any response from the customer support or the store. Truly a useless service of you people. You guys give such support and the fridge has been there for more than a month, anyway it is a defective fridge at home DON’T FOOL YOUR CUSTOMERS, IT IS BECAUSE OF THEM THAT YOUR STORE RUNS ### 1/5 — Worst experience *2025-04-15* I purchased AC last year in a reliance digital store ..I experienced very badly on my Ac ... I raised a service executives who said that your service is complete 2 -3 days ..but now 15 days are completed but the service team does not come... Again I called customer service and they said that your service was completed but neither service team came home and also showed fake status that your service was completed...now I still wait for AC service..such v fake reliance service and fake people and also bad quality products.. I experienced very very very bad reliance digital.. please don't buy products in the reliance store please go to another brand Store...
