## What is Reliant Community Credit Union?

Reliant Community Credit Union’s mobile banking app lets you take Reliant’s member-focused banking services with you, no matter where you go—it’s like being able to visit your neighborhood branch anywhere, anytime!  When you’re on-the-go, you can check your available balances, view account activity, pay bills, deposit checks, make transfers between your accounts and to other Reliant members, and find the closest Reliant branch, Reliant ATM, or surcharge-free ATM—all for FREE!*

Account Balances and Activity

Reliant’s mobile banking app gives you immediate access to your eligible personal accounts any time of day, giving you peace of mind that you can quickly check your balance or verify that a recent transaction has posted to your account.  

Paying Bills, Transferring Funds Modernized and so much more!  

Don't panic the next time you realize that you have a bill due, but you're not at home to write a check or sign onto your computer. If you use Reliant’s online and bill pay services, your payees will automatically be available through our mobile banking app. All you have to do is launch the app, schedule your payment, submit—and then go on with your day! And with our transfer feature, not only can you transfer money between your own accounts, but you can also transfer money to your friend, your babysitter, or your hairdresser—all you need is the person’s e-mail address or mobile phone number.

ATM Locator

When you’re out and about, use Reliant’s mobile app to find a nearby Reliant ATM. Locate an ATM using your current location or enter the zip code or address of the area you wish to search.

Notifications for Peace of Mind

Sign up to receive Notifications via email or text message when your account balance has fallen below or risen above a dollar threshold you determine.  This instant notification, coupled with your ability to then view your account information, will give you peace of mind about your account—and it will allow you to monitor your finances, no matter where you are or what time it is.

Online Security 

Your security is our priority. Mobile data transmissions are safeguarded by 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to prevent unauthorized access. We also provide an automatic inactivity lockout feature should you ever leave your phone unattended while in your account. We'll never transmit your account number information, and no private data is ever stored on your phone.

After this latest update, the app won’t open. Just endlessly stays on a blue screen with the R logo. Last several updates have been progressively worse and worse. May just end up having to switch banks if I can’t access the app.

It’s super quick and easy access to your account. Locking card in case you misplaced it is always a life saver and get in contact with help desk has never been better.

I have almost always enjoyed the app but this most recent iphone update has unfortunately removed me from checking my balance through the widget section of my phone where I would be able to check my balances without even opening the app. It was my favorite and most used aspect of the app & it made life a lot easier. Please reinstate this if possible. Otherwise a great app & I have enjoyed using it.

99% of the reason for having this app is so that I can use mobile check deposit. For the past year or so, that feature doesn’t work. It will simply never accept the picture of the front of the check. So annoying.
