Please reinstate this if possible. I’m a member of other credit unions. All I have to do for their mobile deposit platform is sign the back of the check, take pictures of the check, and I’m good to go. Just endlessly stays on a blue screen with the R logo. Last several updates have been progressively worse and worse. May just end up having to switch banks if I can’t access the app. ### 1/5 — Cannot deposit checks *2023-10-11, version 2023.3.0.1* 99% of the reason for having this app is so that I can use mobile check deposit. For the past year or so, that feature doesn’t work. It will simply never accept the picture of the front of the check. Thank you Reliant! ### 2/5 — Lack of access *2021-01-19, version 6.5.5* More often than not when I try to login I get a “application error: we are unable to display your information at this time” this should not happen on a daily basis but it does for me. Overall use once I’m in is great but 60% of the time I cannot access my own accounts through the APP. ### 2/5 — Text me! *2020-02-28, version 6.2.1.26* I still haven’t received my tax forms which were supposed to have been mailed at the beginning of the month. I’m getting monthly emails saying that my Estatement is available but I cannot access Estatements; all I get is a Communication Error message. I keep seeing a message me that it doesn’t recognize my phone but the username and password are stored, and I can access my accounts through Google. So I thought, “Okay, I will get the app.” The app needs to verify my phone. Fine, no problem. But the TEXT ME option doesn’t work and I do NOT want a phone call at 4:00 am. In person, Reliant is wonderful. But accessing the information about my account is proving very difficult. ### 2/5 — What happened?? *2019-11-22* This app as gone down hill in the last two updates. Refreshing happiness when it decides its ready to, the widget is now missing and depositing a check is the absolute worst. Such a shame, because the credit union itself is fabulous. ### 2/5 — Check Deposit is Maddening *2018-11-05, version 5.10.17* I have had a Reliant (and before that, WCTA) account for 20 years. Though I now live in SC, I have wanted to keep my reliant account and I thought this app would be so helpful. It’s great for checking balances but the check deposit feature is horrendous. The app decides what to keep in the photo and it has taken me upwards of an hour on different occasions to try to deposit a check. So not worth it. And then the check is endorsed with “mobile deposit” to a bank no where near here if I try to take it to a shared branch. ### 2/5 — Great credit union not good app deposit *2018-09-17, version 5.10.17* I have been with reliant as long as I can remember but their check deposit on the app is the worst I have ever seen. I have tried it so many times and it never works. I had a friend say it was hard so they won’t ever do it.
