It has been 3 days and still the payment is not been reported and the account is not up to date as it should be. Other than that everything seems fine ### 4/5 — Payment methods *2026-05-03, version 9.7.1* Update: developers responded and promptly fixed the issue. As of at least 4/25, this app no longer stores payment methods. Worse, it won’t allow you to enter one again. After you fill it out and hit submit, it briefly flashes to a white screen with an error code (too fast to read), then it returns to the main page and shows “no payment methods stored”. I deleted the app and reinstalled. That did not fix it. I contacted customer service to pay and all of my payment info is on file. I have noticed that this app is having some accessibility issues with voiceover For iPhone I hear unlabeled buttons and When I try to pay the bill, voiceover reads “Swipe to pay” I would be more than happy to help test this app for other blind users like myself who use voiceover. Do wish there wasn’t a 2 day delay in reporting usage, but I think that is normal for energy providers. Lately every time I try to log in it’s down for maintenance. It’s a pain to log in to the website when I want to look at usage or pay the bill. I’ve also noticed the weekly usage emails are missing some of the information. Thanks reliant !! ### 3/5 — Decreasing functionality *2025-11-09* It used to be very easy to set my alarm at night using the widget. Then they took it away. Ok fine, I’ll long press the icon and set it from there. Then they took that away. Now the only way to set the alarm is to open the app. Why? Supply chain issues? Inflation? Too much support tickets from those features? Come on. Please add back the helpful features people use. **Developer response:** Hi JohnnyAlgorithm, you most likely meant to leave this review for another app. The Reliant app does not have an "alarm widget" ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Awful app *2026-05-26, version 9.7.1* This app is very disappointing, to say the least. Most of the time is unavailable, although it always says that is temporary. This app is so awful that it makes me consider another provider. It’s unbelievable.
