## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Limited functionality

*2025-03-27*

We are customers who are more cloud-based remote users and all the legacy plays we have can’t be run from the app. This is frustrating and dangerous for our environment because we can only block hosts and IPs on our office firewalls which are very limited in scope and leaves hundreds of our users unprotected. Their answer is to log into the portal and run the play books manually removing the usefulness or need of a mobile app.

### 2/5 — Mostly Good

*2026-05-24*

The app generally performs well. The presentation of info is reasonably intuitive and well organized. Where this app fails is a) should you move to another app, Greymatter will not hold your place but will instead go back to the Home Screen. If you didn’t pay attention to what ticket you were in too bad- start searching. b) it’s difficult to look at tickets without acknowledging them and even taking ownership. This issue continues to persist and makes oversight without direct action difficult.

### 2/5 — Just ok
