App will stop working half way thru a training and won’t advance. Often makes you rewatch entire sections if you turn your phone from landscape to portrait or vice versa. The help button doesn’t work so you can report app issues. Don’t waste your time and just do it on a computer.

I am extremely unhappy that I can’t complete my training in a timely manner. The video I need to watch keeps stopping and kicking me out. When I try and resume it goes right back to the same place and will not move to the next frame.

This app needs to be fixed I don’t know how it’s even possible but the app made a prompt to login and I couldn’t close it and it made touching the screen impossible. I had to ask my coworker to google how to force reset n iPhone because I couldn’t even swipe the phone to shut down.

Does not work as Intended. Instructions were download the app but from our experience it likely won’t work so use this link to access. The link works 100% of the time. The app works 0% of the time. May work if someone, anyone, including corporate knew the organization code as it’s definitely not the code we recognize and use as our 4 letter organizational code. Can you say someone dropped the ball somewhere? Absolutely.

After dozens of attempts to use the app, It would not progress past English or Spanish. A blank video screen appeared each time. Over the last two months two months, I’ve wasted hours of valuable time trying to login.

We finished a course. Got 100% mark. Still it is not showing finished. Has worst customer service. 
We are requesting our companies to getting out this contract.

This all ask for an “organizational url” when I go to login and I have no clue what that is. When I say I don’t have one it redirects me to another login screen that ask me for the url again. Very frustrated with this app.

Turning your phone from portrait to landscape forces you to restart the course and lose all of your progress. Even if you do it while you’re in full screen mode, it breaks the course. I’ve had to start over twice. Ridiculous.

It’s pointless to download the app when most of the training modules won’t work, almost every other training the error message “not supported” pops up so you have to go on to the browser to do the training

One of the worst apps I’ve ever attempted to use. Convoluted and completely non-intuitive. It doesn’t use the company code provided, it asks you for the URL of your company, but it doesn’t want the URL, It just wants the name of the company and you have to figure all of this out on your own. Halfway through one of the lessons it advanced to a blank page and wouldn’t go forward or backward. I had to start the lesson over again. After finishing one page I attempted to advance, and it told me to finish everything on the page before I advanced, even though everything had been completed. I had to restart and go through everything on the page again before I could advance. This whole app functions as if it was coded by 10-year-olds.

You are forced to sit through slow narrated videos for hours just to complete them. What takes them 2 hours to narrate, I could have done in 15 minutes. It took me 8 hours just to complete 3 lessons. You need to pay me to do these. No way I’m sitting through them for free.

The app for Relias is great. Definitely enjoy how user friendly the app is. However, the main problem that I have is with the tests after each training. On the actual website, regardless if you didn’t pass a test, it’ll go over each question that you got right and wrong. On the app itself, there isn’t a way to go over any of the questions.

I cannot do any of my assignments cause it wants me to turn my phone side to side but does nothing beyond that. Why is there a need to have a thing asking to rotate my phone. I want to be able to do my tests.

I rated this only two stars because the idea of the app is very good and some parts of it are accessible, but there’s many places I tried to double tap on because that is what you do with voiceover, but double tapping doesn’t work and so I didn’t even get far enough to take my actual courses, which are mandatory for my work. This means that I am dependent on someone else to assist with this, and that immediately puts a bad taste in my mouth. I like my independence. I hope this will improve. Thank you.

Everytime I use this app at home on my mobile phone, I could not logged in. My username and pw are correct! But It always saying “Your organization does not allow access to the mobile application. I don’t have laptop or ipod.
