My employer made me put this on my personal device, and this app barely works. More than 90% of the time it refuses to move past the log in screen. I’m glad I can do this garbage training at work when I can get paid to do it, because this application hasn’t been touched in 2 years by the dev team.

Every time I put in my “Org ID”. If says it is invalid. Even though it is not. I found a way to work around that. All you have to do is click “forgot Org ID”. Then put in your credentials. It should work perfectly fine from there……

When I open a new window in the app once you finish there is no way to close the new window and I’ve had to take the app off my iPad and reinstall it to continue to take the exam. It’s very frustrating.

Crashes, freezes, audio stops working. Also the app logs you out fairly shortly after switching tabs. So if you want to reply to a text, you will have to re-enter your email address and password to keep training. Very frustrating

Could someone please address the issues of assuring we are taking credible courses for our licenses BEFORE we sit through the tediously slow narration and waiting for the music to stop so I can simplest the CEU?

Relias in general using safari or the App has been very time consuming due to glitches and it not functioning properly. As soon as I complete the 30 min to 1.5 hour courses it freezes up and won’t let you take the exam or it makes you start the content all over again. This happens year after year and I’m very frustrated. Tried the app this year and it is not any better and now keeps freezing up telling me to turn my device in which nothing happens. I have the latest iPhone and iPad so there is nothing wrong with my device it’s Relias. I’ve tried emailing support and that is useless. I will def be voicing my opinion to HR in hopes of them finding a new training company that actually works properly. Highly dissatisfied.
