However, I have noticed and now feel the impact of little to no online help information, no online active website or player groups. About a week ago was the last time I was able to request items needed. I ask to request, yet none of the 75 friends I have are “available” to request from. A friend who plays has no problem. This just started happening to me, it seems. Significantly, why is there no detailed instructions? For example, DID YOU KNOW? ... when receiving a request for an item from a friend DOES NOT DECREMENT YOUR OWN INVENTORY? This is clearly not widely known, as I get typically receive 5 items from 75 friends! Additionally, there is no easy way to weed out INACTIVE PLAYERS from your “friends”. You may even be hit up by an inactive player to be a friend! It seems random...
