I’ve tried looking up about 20 items in the past two days and I’ve gotten about two informative returns. The rest of them return an “oops…” informing me nothing can be found; or the information returns with basically a generic description and pictures not even closely related to the item being searched. Vintage collector plate, not a single plate or resemblance of the print in the results. Total rip off and waste of hard earned money! It identified my Arts & Crafts flower frog as a bamboo lotus flower. Many of the results were in Chinese. After the first 2 pictures or wouldn’t let me go any further without paying. I’m not going to pay for something that is non refundable without making sure it works like it says or how I need it to work. If it’s such a great app then give us a free weeks trial to test it out. Out of the 2 pics I did take it got the first one right but was way off on I the second pic.
