I had a debt that I needed help with, so I decided to give Relief a shot. I paid the fee, and just a few days later I got the message that my balance had been reduced by 50%! 🙌🏾 That was a huge relief and made the fee completely worth it. The only downside is that I still had to work out payment arrangements with the collections agency, but overall I’m extremely happy with the results. They don’t tell you this until after you subscribe. Had over 20 accounts that in theory should be eligible for negotiations but since the creditors aren’t partnered with Relief - they aren’t eligible in app. Assistance for 1/20 creditors - mostly big names is a terrible “Relief” rate when you are charging a premium of $20/ month. Perhaps down the road when more creditors are onboard this app will be worth the money. And paid months of fees to get a failed cease and desist status, to wait months for 1 creditor to not respond and the claim/file whatever to expire, then I ask for a refund and now it’s my fault so I only get a few dollars back! The app is a joke and scam, the “money back guarantee” is fake/false/highly deceiving!
