L’appli a vraiment du potentiel pour tout avoir pour les passionnés de montage mais encore beaucoup de problèmes à corriger, en priorité l’utilisation hors ligne ne fonctionne pas si l’appli n’arrive pas à ce loguer sur votre compte ! ( pourtant c’est bien le but !) , pour faire un tracé c’est vraiment pas pratique, 3 clics pour 1 point de passage , inspiré vous du tracé de l’appli «  carte IGN » qui est beaucoup plus performante..

This app is a promising replacement for FATMAP but the the UI is unintuitive and ugly. Performance of moving around the map is also poor. I hope it can be revamped to fix these issues.

Generally the imagery and topo layers and 3d data work well, navigating in 3d pretty smooth except some random jumping long distances on accident, ui/ux is.. different.. but not necessarily bad. 

I ski tour a lot and for 20 years in the US and Europe. I *really* recommend these changes:
1. The avalanche layer needs color-gradations to go down to 20 deg and up to 55. The reason is that even if avalanches don't occur in those angles we often ski those angles and we want to know what they are. 
2. Both summer and winter satellite images are really helpful. Winter for locating trees and rocks, summer for what's beneath the snow like rocks and crevasses. 
3. Downloading maps takes way too long, and once downloaded it's hard to know what area has been downloaded. Please include a medium-resolution thumbnail of the download map area.
4. When you put on orientation shading you have to choose which directions are on or off - makes sense. But then if you turn off and then on again orientation, you have to choose again. Please add "memory" to this feature so we don't always have to re-select W, SW, S, SE etc. 
5. Some pro features on the desktop version don't work, even though I've paid for pro and am logged in with the correct email address. 
6. I would really like to open the map and have many/all of my saved pins automatically be turned on (like google maps). For instance I'll put in a pin for a hut that is on the topo layer but no label on the satellite layer. 
7. Would be nice to have more routes.

Make some changes and this will be a real fatmap replacement!

Happy and grateful to have found this app.  The navigation is so smooth , very good render , and the data base is getting better and better .

Bonne appli outdoor avec de bons outils d’analyse terrain. Cependant dommage que le gps continue à être actif en arrière plan ce qui consomme énormément de batterie

App valida per lo scialpinismo, due spunti di miglioramento che la renderebbero da 5 stelle:

1) la scala cromatica per il filtro valanghe va portata fino a 27-28 grandi, lo scaglionamento dei colori va ridotto per una lettura migliore del terreno e poter valutare il rischio correttamente.
2) la vista che evidenzia le direzioni (Nord, ovest,sud, est) non é molto pratica ed é di difficile lettura
3) con la traccia caricata la scala cromatica non viene visualizzata.
4) sarebbe fantastico se riusciste ad integrare il bollettino valanghe.

Overall this is the best app for planning Skitouring adventures. There is still room for improvement on the app but the 5 stars go to the great work and for really hoping that never again something like the Fatmap catastrophe happens. 👍🏽

I like the variety of layers in the app - with the loss of fatmap there has been a hole in my heart for planning our freeriding outings. As a snoboarder special, it even highlights flat areas!

This app fills it at least partially, and devs seem to be hard at work and even have a public Trello board.

The interface can use some polish, but I am willing to give this app a chance for this season.

Ancien utilisateur de Fatmap, je découvre cette alternative. Hélas c’est la douche froide dès la première utilisation sur iPhone 16 Pro (6.3"). En effet il y a une problème d’affichage globale : la fonction « Burger » en haut à gauche pour ouvrir le menu vertical est rogné, donc c’est difficile à activer. De plus le menu vertical gauche s’affiche dans une résolution trop petite, c’est à peine lisible, donc l’expérience utilisateur est vraiment pas top. Possible de corriger ? Merci !

The app wouldn’t let me sign in for the trial run now it won’t let me in to cancel. I rely on apps like this to be effective at helping me navigate in the backcountry safely. I can’t even sign in I’m now using a different more reliable app… hopefully they don’t charge me for not canceling before the trial is up

I cannot imagine how many people are turned away from using an app like yours owing to the failure to explain how to use it to those unfamiliar with such apps. Like so many of your competitors your instructions simply presuppose an understanding that thousands of us don’t have. It looks enticing your app but trying to work out how to use it is too much of a headache.  Now FATMAP.  There was a really good simple to understand app. How sad it is to see that gone

I’ve had it for a week, can’t get it to work. 

My screen either goes all white or all black (w geodesic grid overlay). 

I’ve tried contacting Support 4 times…no reply. 
I’ve agreed to pay for the maps. Now:
I can’t Login. 
I can’t set up an account. 
I need help, and nobody is responding. 
I really want this to work, but it’s not.

If anyone has advice, I’d appreciate.

Cette application n’a visiblement pas été achevée. J’ai payé 3,49 €. De nombreux bugs, comme par exemple le téléchargement des cartes : impossible de charger la carte téléchargée pour une utilisation ultérieure. Si l’on veut changer de fond de carte, l’appli propose à nouveau de payer! 
Parfois elle se ferme sans raison. J’ai perdu 3,49 €.

Live turns on and I can’t get it to turn off. I still have a route from a race I did a year ago that opens by default every time I start the app. It drains my phone battery like crazy. But the 3D rout finding functionality is incredible.

**Developer response:** Hi, if you took part in a hike & fly race you can disable livetracking by clicking on the livetracking green icon and disable it. Same for the route, there is a close button on the menu.

Sehr gute App. Nach dem Kartendownload kann man getrost mit Flugmodus navigieren und kommt mit dem Akku komplett über einen Tag. Für uns sehr gut, die Karten in IGN Ansicht die wir von der Papierkartenform bereits kannten. Und jetzt dann auch noch in 3D. Besser geht es nicht!!

Après avoir essayé tout un tas d appli, tous les éléments sont réunis dans la même appli, sans gadgets. 
Parfait pour la planification d itinéraires en ski, rando, parapente… station de ski, calque des pentes, refuges, plein de fonds de carte. Indispensable pour prévoir ses activités. Merci !!
