## What is Relieved?

Creating pain-free periods is achievable when you start to think about your natural feminine cycle in a different way. And that’s what this hypnosis program does; it re-wires your thinking so that you think about menstruation in a new way and by embracing your cycle and being in tune with it, you become more relaxed and at ease.

There are four phases to your menstrual cycle. There is the pre-ovulation phase which occurs before you release an egg, the fertile phase which is the time you are most fertile and where ovulation; the egg is released occurs. Then there is pre-menstruation where your body prepares to shed the lining of your uterus, and menstruation is the phase when you bleed.
These four phases can be viewed like the seasons that we experience in nature, the pre-ovulation phase is like your innerspring; the fertile phase is the peak of the cycle and is your inner summer. Pre-menstruation is your inner autumn and menstruation is your inner winter. 

Within those phases which reflect the seasons, there are ways that you can train your mind at the deeper unconscious levels with hypnosis. That means you can learn to take control of your period pain and your well-being.
