### 3/5 — Good App, Missing Amonkhet and Hour of Devastation

*2017-09-21*

Can't find it anywhere there

### 3/5 — Is great... When it actually launches

*2014-01-07, version 2.1*

Is a great app that functions well and looks amazing. There however is one glaring issue. It usually fails to launch. Especially when you are not on wifi.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — This app is not good

*2024-03-27*

The camera feature does not work properly when scanning cards. Also can only scan one card at a time. The app was also glitchy for me and was crashing.

### 1/5 — Database out of date

*2020-11-29*

I’m running the app on an iPhone 11 with the latest iOS update and as far as the App Store is telling me the latest app version. I purchased the unlock everything package only to find out that the latest set, Commander Legends, isn’t part of the database and there is zero info anywhere as to why after 2 weeks of the cards being available in Gatherer and other apps that there has been no update to the card database. I was looking for a way to track and build my personal inventory but without the latest set it is pointless.

Another annoying issue is the bug/error reporting system doesn’t work so I’m force to hope the developer sees this review for help.

Honestly the app is awesome just lacking the cards needed/wanted and the contact method is broke.

**Developer response:** Hello, and thanks for commenting. I do apologize for the in-app reporting system not working. I was not aware of that until just now. Additionally, I have slipped in getting timely database updates out. I'm working on the next one now and it should be available shortly.

### 1/5 — Cash grab garbage

*2020-10-06*

You have to pay to use The name scanner, unlock more than one set to search, disable ads, and at least 7+ other “features” separately. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. DO NOT USE. Waste of time garbage app

**Developer response:** Hello, I'm sorry that you feel that way. As I'm sure you can understand, not every person is going to want every feature which is why people are given the option to purchase only the extra features they would like. However, there is a single purchase called "Unlock All Upgrades" that includes all current and future features that is a better value than purchasing each feature individually. Perhaps you could explore that option next time.

### 1/5 — Joke

*2020-08-19*

Seriously? You have to pay to have access to every card possible? What a crock, deleted immediately.

**Developer response:** Hello, I'm sorry that you feel this way, though it does clearly mention in the App description "All of Reliquary's great features are free, however you will only have access to Editions that are part of the current Standard rotation."

### 1/5 — Update killed it. I’m a bad way.

*2020-01-03*

I used this app almost daily....opened the app this morning after a new update and it’s garbage. It worked great before this. Now it closes constantly and only searches in my binder. Uninstalling.

**Developer response:** Hello, I’m sorry you’re having trouble after the new update. I believe that the issue you’re experiencing with only your Binder being searched is because you are tapping the search button from the Binder toolbar instead of from the Side Menu.

### 1/5 — Ripoff

*2019-10-06, version 8.0.1*

Has great potential but unfortunately doesn’t work. Very confusing and I wasted 14 dollars buying the “full” app expecting to have access to all cards but several, including COMMAND TOWER are NOT in the app. What the heck guys, what a ripoff

### 1/5 — Don’t look for building a deck

*2019-03-24*

I couldn’t even search one card I was looking for. My guess is this is only for limited cards that are current. I tried search 10 cards and not 1 would come up. Use another app. Shouldn’t be this specific and difficult for people just wanting to build and test decks.

### 1/5 — Great until it stopped working

*2018-11-09*

App constantly runs out of memory constantly and crashes every time I try to add a new card. Less than a week of use and the app is useless. I want my $9.99 refunded.

### 1/5 — Don't get this garbage its a waste of time

*2016-05-23*

No explaination on how to use this!!!!

### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY

*2014-11-15*

The app constantly crashes and fails to open. It randomly will delete all of the data that you put into it. The app fails to function I have been unable to do anything on the app for the past 2 months because I was unable to even open it even after deleting and redownloading it. Save your money and avoid this app!!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great

*2023-01-15*

I found the app, several years ago and was sold as it would allow me to catalogue my entire collection. Keeping track of card prices and such. While database updates have slowed some (mostly because WotC and their daddy Hasbro think a set every 3 weeks is a great idea) the developer never disappoints. I’ve been using the app since at least 2013(?) I think and love it. Well done sir, well done!!

### 5/5 — Super useful and easy to use

*2020-09-26*

There are many of Magic apps out there, but this one stands out. It’s very easy to use and has a lot of great features that make managing my collection less of a chore.

### 5/5 — Well designed app

*2020-08-12*

Well designed app, easy to view cards on mobile and loads really smoothly.

That said when will M21 be available?

**Developer response:** Thanks for the kind words :) M21 actually completely slipped my mind! I’m working on the database update now and it should be available on 8/18

### 5/5 — Must Have for MtG players

*2018-09-11*

Allows you to search cards by set, calculates value of current deck, allows players to draw mock hands, test playability. Great for Standard, Great for Modern, Great for Commander! It’s almost like this app was made by MtG players, it’s that convenient to use. Would Recommend, beats anything in the App Store related to MtG

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2014-07-12*

This app is really great for managing cards digitally. I have been using it more as time passes.

### 5/5 — Keeps track of everything

*2013-10-20*

Great app for keeping track of my cards without always having my binder with me!

Easy to use, great picture scans, and seems to have every card in its database. Also love the trade option to list cards out for trade

### 5/5 — Trade Binder

*2013-10-17*

This app has a lot of great features. My favorite is the trade binders. Most apps only have one trade binder and you have to hand you phone to someone so they can look at it. Reliquary has as many trade binders as you want, and it is easy to share it on your friends phone. Or even with a friend on the other side of the US.

This is the best magic trading cards app out there.

### 4/5 — Good - few bugs in 4.0 but still good

*2015-07-06*

Have had a few issues adding cards to decks since 4.0 but in general still a great app and nice ipad support. As more features added i can see this becoming an unbelievable benefit to the mtg community.

### 3/5 — A great start but had a ways to go

*2021-03-26*

Really excellent card data base allowing you to put your exact card into your collection, it falls over badly when it comes to deck building however, it is extremely difficult to get cards into a deck as the search function is the same as the add card function and won’t allow you to simply add a card to a deck.......would rate 5 stars otherwise

### 3/5 — Good not great

*2018-09-05*

Great concept and has a lot of promise. However I’ve been having a lot of crashes and now can’t input some of my cards.
