Our team will review it and work to resolve this for you. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t even open on my phone *2026-02-06* I purchased this app, it worked perfectly fine for like two weeks. Ever since then the app does not open. I tap on the app to open it and immediately crashes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I’ve restarted my phone several times and it does the same thing. I paid 50 some dollars for this app and I can’t even use it. I also emailed customer service like a month and a half ago and never got a response. Apple also won’t do anything because for some reason this purchase isn’t eligible for a refund. **Developer response:** We’re deeply sorry for the crashes and missed email.
