### 2/5 — 凄く使い難い。

いざ閲覧しようとすると、勝手にスライドし見せる気が無い＋こちらに操作させる気のない画面が表示されます。

あと、初めに興味のある項目を選択しているにも関わらず、選択していないランドセルや塾、ブライダルなどが1番目に表示されます。
ユーザーのニーズ関係なく商品表示をするのなら、興味ある項目選択させるのは時間の無駄遣いであり、不信感を募らせるだけなので辞めた方がいい。

検索後結果表示されると、広告が入るが❌ボタンを押しても消えない…❌が＋になり、指を離すとまた❌にもどる。
何回か❌ボタンを押して数秒すると消える、意味不明な操作性＋読み込みが遅くストレスが溜まります。

ユーザーが快適に使用したい部分が置き去りにされていると言わざるを得ません。

本当に操作性が悪いです。
折角アプリを作り世に出すのですから、利用者の操作性や快適性などのストレスに成りうる部分はもう少し作り込んで欲しいです。

国内旅行を見ようとしたら、ランドセルが表示されたのは本当に笑ってしまいました笑

ギフトポイントが貯まってきたので、久々に交換しようとしましたが、画面遷移がままならず、メッセージなしに同じ画面のまま進みません

交換には枚数がしてできる様になっていますが、2枚以上だとギフトポイント入力画面から次の画面に進まず、何度も同じ画面に戻ってしまい、何もメッセージが出ないためエラーなのかもわからないため、購入できません

画面、メッセージが不親切でギフトポイントも期限があるため非常に不満です

どのサービスが対応してるのか、探し方が悪いのかもしれないがみづらいし、見つけにくい。
何とかなりませんか？
レシートでクラブポイントを貯める。も、対象のお店がいつの間にか無くなってたり、レシート持ってたのに持ち腐れた。これも使えるサービスごとに分けて、どのお店のレシートが貯めれるのかわかるといいんだけど…

会員様が商品を探されるシーンをシミュレーションし、機能改善に取り組んでいきます。

なお、「レシートで貯める」対象の商品が探しにくいというご指摘については、検索結果の「絞り込み」ボタンを押下いただき、下部にある「ご利用方法」から「レシートで貯める」にチェックをつけていただきますと対象商品の絞り込みが可能です。
