If moving were an Olympic sport, she would be the gold medalist, the coach, and the referee all at once. As someone relocating to Alpharetta, Georgia, from Maryland—and renting for the first time—I had no idea where to start. Enter Tiffanie, the most thoughtful, supportive, and detail-oriented guide I could have asked for! Even though we’re still in the process, she has already made this journey so much smoother than I ever expected. During our last Zoom call, she didn’t just throw listings at me—she curated options that perfectly matched my needs, breaking down everything from amenities to nearby recreation in an easy-to-understand way. She’s basically my personal real estate GPS, guiding me through every turn and making sure I don’t get lost in the overwhelming world of renting. Despite this being a virtual experience, Tiffanie’s energy, professionalism, and sense of humor make it feel like she’s right there walking me through every option. She somehow makes the process exciting instead of stressful, and I genuinely couldn’t do this without her. If you need someone who’s as knowledgeable as they are supportive (and who makes moving actually fun), Tiffanie is the one you want in your corner! From the very beginning, while planning relocate to Bay Area, she genuinely invested in guiding us through every step of the process to find a perfect rental home for us and great school for our children. What stood out the most was her dedication and knowledge. Georgie listened carefully to preferences and needs and provided excellent recommendations, and was incredibly patient throughout the process. She was always quick to respond to all of our questions. She went above and beyond to help us and we’re now settled in a rental home that we absolutely love. When I first met with Galit, my housing felt like such an intimidating situation and I’d brush it under the rug to “focus on work.” Galit was so flexible to adjust for my scheduling needs and offered a support that I didn’t know I needed. I loved hearing that she was an LA transplant because she knew SO MUCH. It took me a few months start and end my journey with Relocity, and on our last call I’d realized how Galit’s comforting voice and advice had bookmarked parts of my own story in moving cities. It is not intuitive, and if you try to use any filters, all/nearly all options will be eliminated. This isn’t even a “we can’t find that email address” error, it’s literally saying we can’t even let you click the log in button. The app is completely unusable. It’s legit broken and so annoying to use. Everything about it makes apartment hunting harder to do. Insanely bad. The representatives and people that help you are incredibly kind and really helpful. I always have to turn the commute radius off, and it does not even show you where your current location is on the map so you have to memorize where you are before choosing something to do. It’s annoying, please fix. Update: was contacted by them and they did a server side fix. Still would love the current location displayed, hopefully that’s coming soon! **Developer response:** We are so sorry that you have experienced a problem with the Relocity application. This includes furniture stores, how to get our drivers licenses, cleaning services and much more. Kelly has been my “go to” from day one and I can’t say enough fabulous things about her! She 100% understands the pains that can come along with moving & has been very patient & supportive with my “gazillion” questions about the move.
