## What is ReLoop?

ReLoop is a free inventory and device-recording tool for used electronics.

• Scan — identify devices by IMEI or serial-number barcode
• Grade — record device condition consistently
• Inventory — organize device stock and recorded details
• Share — send selected inventory through a shareable link
• Quotations — let the link recipient enter per-device value records
• Orders — track physical verification and handoff status

ReLoop keeps device details, recorded values, and handoff records organized in one workflow. It does not process payments or transfer funds; physical delivery and payment arrangements occur outside ReLoop.
