Once you start scheduling collections on the app its so much easier. Keeps the house clutter free from recyclables everywhere. I decided, “you know what I want to help the environment let’s buy the one time service.” & in the fine print of the ONLY option to purchase, they put you can only recycle 4 boxes without us knowing! However, the app has many issues- mainly with crashing or closing randomly. If I click “track request” the app crashes, if I try to “view my orders” the app crashes, if I try to “view my subscriptions” the app crashes…etc etc it’s quite frustrating.
