Having purchased a subscription already, that the only thing the App will currently let me do is purchase an additional subscription is more than useless

What you’re describing isn’t how the app should behave after a subscription is already active. It sounds like a technical issue where the app isn’t properly recognizing your existing purchase and is incorrectly prompting you to subscribe again.

We didn’t receive a support request from your account before this review, so we haven’t had a chance to look into it yet — but we absolutely can help. Please contact our support team from inside the app (Settings → Help/Contact Support) or email us via the support address support@reluvia.com, and include:

1. the email/Apple ID/Google account used for the purchase (no passwords, please)
2. the device model and OS version
3. a screenshot of the subscription screen (like the one above)
4. your Store receipt/order ID if available

Quick things you can try right now (often fixes it immediately):
1. Restore Purchases (usually on the subscription/paywall screen or in Settings)
2. Force-close and reopen the app
3. Make sure the app is updated to the latest version

If it still happens, sign out/in to the App Store/Google Play and try Restore Purchases again

Once you reach out, we’ll prioritize getting your access restored and make sure you’re not asked to pay twice.

Paid for and downloaded the app, it doesnt recognize my email, I never got a code.  Cannot access.  Have emailed twice with no reply.
