We do very well with the communication between the parties. We have met some outstanding clients through the home warranty program. We constantly offer our help to them in any way we can out of respect. If we move an appointment in the app the website won’t show that change. It’s the same for tasks that need to be cleared. We cleared a task on the app, but it didn’t show on the website. Submitting reports, uploading photos, and completing documentation is fast and straightforward, which saves our office and technicians a lot of time. The app is stable and easy to navigate. Better with accepting claims for people and making it easier for contractors to use and more better communication. I work with rely and I see claims get denied for no apparent reasons. It’s sad to see that. They do not pay ### 1/5 — Should not exist *2026-01-16, version 1.0.10* Just horrible all around, always errors happening, makes it so hard to use especially for a field appliance technician. ### 1/5 — Can’t sign it to submit diagnosis *2026-01-16, version 1.0.10* Desktop won’t let me do it, they say to download the app the app won’t let me sign it deleted the app download again and nothing. Why do I need to use this app ### 1/5 — One more thing to make them money and take ours *2026-01-14, version 1.0.10* RELY called and asked for this review, just like they call and ask us to discount our repair prices. When will they actually come up with something that helps the owner/operators in the field. This appears to be another one of those things Rely does, without field input and just shoved down everyone’s throat. Mandatory changes without vendor input. Just like when they modify our service agreements without asking for consent, then charging us, the business for service call fees as they give away to the clients. My experience with this app is: it sucks, if I navigate away from it while preparing a claim it kicks me out about 50% of the time, so I get to start over, wasting my time and my resources. Why do I have to flip back and forth, logging in to multiple portals only to keep getting the boot. I remember a few years ago, I could log in online and it kept me logged in for days on end, that’s how it should be. This is the first company that expects techs to handle authorizations without any options for the designated office staff and owners to have desktop access. I can’t believe I’d say this, but Rely needs to take some lessons from the previous way handled the company, before they merged. ### 1/5 — No useable *2026-01-13* The app is constantly not working, I’ve tried updating, uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing works. Not only that but it makes it much harder on the technicians and office staff to manage claims. Work has come to a standstill much more often since the app has been implemented due to the fact the app won’t work. It often bugs and won’t let us see anything. When it does show us claims it often won’t let us reschedule due to customer need, or submit diagnostic. App is not user friendly, and does not work. Please bring back desktop version 😭 ### 1/5 — Created not for companies *2026-01-09* This app is created for owner operators not for companies that have office that handles the job authorizations. For some reason is expected techs to handle authorizations, pricing and negotiations when warranty company calls for discounts. NO Mac desktop version as well So unless you are the only one person running everything including the services, office and making decisions on prices this is worthless application. Also currently down so there is no way to process any authorizations creating frustration to customers and us. That is the first company that expects techs to handle authorizations without any options for the designated office staff and owners to have desktop access. Very difficult and huge step back for big warranty companies. ### 1/5 — This company is so hard to work with *2025-12-28, version 1.0.9* What can I say about this company? ### 1/5 — Not useful at all *2025-12-23* They force all contractors to use this poorly designed app, as if we were their W-2 employees rather than independent contractors, which we are not. That makes no sense and feels very strange. The app is impossible and extremely inconvenient to use. Who came up with this? And there’s no QA engineer to atleast check the app if it’s actually working good or not. This is a multimillion dollar business but probably they wanted to hire someone in India for $200 a month.
