This doctor said he is not allowed to diagnose that, and it goes against what he has learned in medicine because he needs a urine sample. If all of that is true, that should not be an option in the drop-down menu. There’s no reason to charge people $70, when it is known that you are not allowed to diagnose UTI over the phone. Dr Harris was so very helpful and went above and beyond to help him get a prescription for an inhaler to the pharmacy nearest to my son. The pharmacy was challenging (to say the least) and had less than an hour before closing. I had to reach back out a couple of times to Dr Harris for help with the prescription (due to the pharmacy having complications) and he was very kind, helpful and patient with us!
