I can’t even set up my account. Keeps saying I’m blocked from my own account. 
I’ve called and called and they still haven’t fixed it. Time to close account

Every time I get on this app to check my bank account. It always says temporarily down for maintenance. Like come on. I like the old one way better

I am liking the simplicity of the new app, HOWEVER, I do not like that you’re no longer able to click in checking on a particular item to see what that balance was prior to the sale or deposit going through. I was so accustomed to having the ease of being able to click on something and seeing the previous history.

### 3/5 — Mobile Check Deposit is Extremely Frustrating

I thought the old app was finicky with check deposit. This one has me hitting my head on a wall. Camera never pops up with it lined up correctly. I’ll have the camera aimed horizontal but it comes up vertical and it won’t take the picture unless it’s horizontal. The background practically has to be black for it to agree to take the photo, and even still you are lucky if it goes through. I’m on attempt number 4, and still get some weird error in another language.
