Team members using REMAC VoIP services can manage text conversations, share images and documents, and maintain professional communication—all from a single app. Department-based messaging channels keep internal discussions organized with role-based permissions ensuring the right people see the right information.

Document Management
Capture and process documents with integrated scanning. Drivers can photograph bills of lading, proof of delivery, and inspection reports with automatic PDF generation and secure cloud sync across all devices.

Load & Delivery Tracking
Complete visibility into logistics operations with real-time status updates, delivery confirmations, and photographic documentation. Dispatchers maintain oversight of active loads and coordinate operations from anywhere.

Work Status & Availability
Team members update their availability and clock in/out, while managers monitor deployment across facilities and routes.

Enterprise Security
Role-based access control ensures users see only features and data relevant to their position. All communications and documents are protected with enterprise-grade security.
