## What is remain.fit?

remain.fit is a suite of small, calm health tools that share one private
account — each doing one thing, staying out of the way, and getting more useful
the more of them you use together.

The hard part was never getting started. It's remaining. So there are no
transformation promises here — no before-and-after, no "crush your goals," no
streaks turned into guilt. No social feed, no leaderboards, no AI cheering you
on. Just clean, private instruments that state what's happening and then get out
of the way.

Maintenance isn't the boring part of the story. Maintenance is the product.

THE APPROACH

Every tool follows the same rule: observe, don't judge. It measures plainly,
shows you where you are, and leaves the meaning to you. One identity, one calm
design, one place — so your health isn't scattered across a dozen loud apps that
all want your attention.

AVAILABLE NOW — FASTING

The first instrument is a fasting tracker. Start a fast and a single quiet ring
shows where you are: how long you've gone, the phase you're in, and your target
— not a verdict, just the facts.

• Any schedule — 16:8, 18:6, OMAD, or set your own target
• Log and edit past fasts — the timeline is yours to correct
• A month calendar — see your history at a glance, no scores attached
• Light and dark — matches your system or set it yourself

COMING TO THE SUITE

More single-purpose tools are on the way — weight, hydration, sleep, and more —
each just as quiet, each sharing the same private account. Add the ones you
want; ignore the ones you don't. The suite grows; the calm stays.
