I have been using this app but now is not searching any more I tied to use a soon I saw a home with Re max sings to check it out but is not showing up anything from my local home.

Seriously? We are moving out of state and the only place the app will search is Illinois. We don’t even live in that state currently and it not the state I’m trying to move to.

I downloaded this app because the website does not function well, and then the app decides I live somewhere completely different and won’t allow me to change where I am looking for a house. Will not be using remax for my home buying needs.

This app makes searching for a home in the Siouxland area a cinch!! I love that you can switch between list and map views easily. There are also  great filter options when you do a search, you can easily connect with an agent if needed, and the account management options are extremely helpful. I can access saved searches, favorites, and transactions. This should be Siouxland’s go-to app for real estate!

This app is Siouxland’s premier and only real estate search app. Everything is updated in real time and is fully accurate. It combines all of the best qualities of other real estate app in ones but is specific to the Sioux City area, Northwest Iowa, Southeast South Dakota, and eastern Nebraska. The map feature makes regional searches effortless. All of the extra tools are next-level and a RE/MAX agent’s insight is at your fingertips. Delete all other real estate search apps. There is nothing more beneficial to the Siouxland market than RE/MAX Preferred Home Search.

As far as a good app, it is if I lived in Sioux City since I can’t seem to find a way to change the default setting to my local area. Every time I open the app, I’m in Sioux City and my agent is there. I have to use map and scroll to my South Eastern US home state, zoom in and just look at the houses for sale. 
If someone can tell me how to fix this, I’ll give it 5 stars.
