Still can’t edit height although I was able to edit other measurements. Suddenly now when I click on the Progress charts features, it opens an ad that will not close…so disappointed. ### 2/5 — Can’t switch to inches/lbs?? *2023-08-09* I’ve been in many apps now that I’m working on weight loss and this is the 1st one that I can’t locate a way to easily switch to inches. A pop up came on and it said to toggle the switch (below) which I did but that was not for switching measurements and there are no other switches. It seems odd that this is such a big deal and people can’t easily use this feature. I’ll have to go else where until I find a FREE measurement app or just write it down manually. So odd…. ### 3/5 — Frustrating to use *2022-09-29* I want to love this app but it is frustrating to use. Lost all my data when transferring to new phone even though a back up was completed in iCloud. Have to start all over. **Developer response:** The data is stored in a device not in Cloud. The app includes an export & an import facility if you'd like to transfer data or have a back up. Unless the app is not deleted the data will be there on the device; all it requires is the export. ### 3/5 — Support/Help Seems Seriously Lacking *2022-03-03, version 1.18* I love this app--when it works. But this is the second time all my measurements have disappeared!!! This is NOT acceptable. I also emailed support over a month ago asking why my devices aren't syncing and whether I can do anything about it, and I received no response. It's great to find a good app, but if you cannot depend on it and it erases all your hard work, it is less than worthless. Also handy to have a record when ordering clothing online. It took me a little bit to get used to the interface. The program doesn't show up in Health, and doesn't appear in iPhone settings permission area to allow. This is a stand-alone log. Price isn't listed clearly in description, and differs from other comments in reviews. EDIT: It DOES eventually integrate, the integration just doesn't register immediately. It did end up asking for permissions to log to Apple Health, after a few hours. ### 2/5 — Ads get stuck *2020-04-25* I really liked this app at first, but then the ads starting getting stuck. No matter what I did I could not get to the chart I wanted to see. Even after clicking on the ad and going to the ads website, when I came back to the app, the ad was still there. I haven’t used the app long enough to know if I want to purchase it, so I will look for other app. ### 2/5 — Good idea but no access to data *2020-03-14* I was thrilled when I found this app, finally a place on my phone to easily store measurements instead of writing on bits of paper in the bedside drawer. Then I come to see my old measurements only for a five second add to come on that doesn’t play. Just sits on the screen, unable to be clicked. This has happened so many times. Very frustrating! ### 2/5 — Advertisements *2019-11-10* I have paid £3.99 to have the ads removed but they still appear on the info screens. As I paid for no ads, I assumed it would be ad free. **Developer response:** The info and terms pages served from our website, so they may show ads because the website has no knowledge of the paid app users yet. Ads have been added to the site recently. Sorry for any inconveniences caused by this. I don’t mind that you need ads to make your bit and we get it for free-I mind that I can’t access information because I can’t close out of the ad. ### 1/5 — Ads won’t close *2022-06-22, version 1.18* Ads won’t close ### 1/5 — Loses all your data when you switch phones *2022-06-09, version 1.18* While it records “some” of your data to Apple Health when enabled, beware if you change devices. It doesn’t save or backup your data anywhere. All my baseline measurements are gone after my upgrade. I couldn’t get one of them to shut down and had to kill the app. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t save my old measurements!! *2020-08-12, version 1.16* I measured myself back in June and then in July. I thought maybe I made a mistake in July because my June measurements disappeared! So I just took them again today. I made sure that my July measurements were there. And guess what happened after I hit save? They all went away. Soooo FRUSTRATING!!!! ### 1/5 — Clunky and Unusable *2019-08-26, version 1.12* Entered my data on 8/19/19. And that was a struggle to accomplish. Then this morning 8/26/19 I tried to add my next entry and it was even worse. It kept jumping back to the 19th, it wouldn’t let me enter any data. It took away one of the measurements I wanted to enter and wouldn’t bring that line back. Deleting this garbage app. ### 1/5 — Can’t add old information *2019-07-29* Very time consuming to add information and sometimes added to wrong day/month by accident and had to re-do it. I got this app because I wanted to input measurements I tracked on paper since the beginning of the year. Unfortunately it will not let me put in anything earlier than June, so it’s not very useful. I’ll keep it for a little while to see if this gets fixed, if not I wouldn’t recommend this app as it’s not very easy to use. I got it because I thought I could put in old measurements, if not then I’ll have to find something else. **Developer response:** Please get in touch using the feedback facility in the app, if you like us to help you. It doesn't seem right if you install the app in July and want to add June data. The app automatically sets the start of the calendar to a year back when you install it. However, the import doesn't have any date constraints; you can put all your old data. We improve the app frequently based on constructive users feedback so let us know. Regards. ### 1/5 — Unreliable. *2019-04-10* I used this app to track my measurements for months. Opened the app one day and all of my data was suddenly and inexplicably gone. Just track your measurements in a note or some other way that all of your information isn’t going to randomly disappear on you one day. Update: the developer responded to me and told me they didn’t understand my complaint because the only way to lose your data is if you delete the app and then re-install it. Allow me to be clear to the developer: I did not delete the app and re-install it. I didn’t do anything to the app. I opened the app one day and all of my data was just gone. It’s a poorly written app and it’s poor of you to tell me that my data disappeared because of user error. The data disappeared for absolutely no reason, aka: the app is unreliable. **Developer response:** The app doesn't delete anything unless the app is deleted and reinstalled again. We are confident that your data is still on your device, use the export facility to get your data out. We are confused about the logged in comment, there is no login in the app! The app uses Apple Core data to store information on the device ie. not custom. If you have storage problems on your device, Apple optimises storage; we cannot do anything about it. I love the fact that it’s based upon my personal body measurements too. As I progress, I know I’ll be getting healthier as I move closer to the yellows. No more guess work and reliance upon how I look in my clothes or judging my fatness by eyeing it. I feel blessed that I haven’t been diagnosed with diabetes or high blood pressure cause I’m certainly at a higher risk. Time to take action before I’m forced to do so due to medical issues. I just started with a PT so the app allows me to enter my measurements, I can then export in a CSV to send to the PT. Perfect for online coaches. I love the feature which lets me see a visual of a body and the measurements on each body part. It also is a little more kinder than your only tracking your weight. Sometimes you lose weight in different places but the scale doesn’t show it.
