This app is really help me to remained. This app is works perfect. Organize our meditation step by step whether it i the vital insulin or daily oral contraceptive. We can create a date ,time and frequency of remainders on our own individual way. This app is very simple to use and interface are really beautiful. I recommend to use this app.
