## What is Remedio?

With Remedio, request a primary care visit from your phone. A licensed physician with a valid cédula profesional accepts your request and comes to your home.

The physician who accepts the consultation provides it under their own professional license and responsibility.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose the reason for your visit and your address.
2. Request the visit now, or schedule it for the time you prefer.
3. A licensed physician accepts your request. You see their name and cédula before you confirm.
4. You confirm, pay in the app, and the physician comes to your home.

WHAT YOU SEE IN THE APP

· The name and cédula profesional of the physician who accepted your request
· The arrival time the app displays
· The total price before you confirm
· If the physician issues a prescription or a medical certificate, you keep it in the app

PRICE

General medical home visit: total price from MXN $1,130.79 (includes platform VAT). You will see the final confirmed price in the app before accepting the visit. You are not charged until a physician accepts and you confirm. Pay by card through Stripe; Remedio does not store your card on its servers.

WHERE

At-home medical consultation in San Pedro Garza García and the Monterrey metropolitan area.

WHAT REMEDIO IS NOT

Remedio is not an emergency service. In a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Your data is handled under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and our privacy notice: remedio.mx/privacidad

FOR PHYSICIANS

Licensed physicians with a valid cédula profesional can register in the app and choose when to go online and which requests to accept.
