It’s a good app, but I wish it was easier. ### 2/5 — Setting up a smart list does not work on app & privacy issues *2025-08-12, version 9.2.0* I really enjoy RTM however the two major issues I have are: 1-smart lists are basically not functional on the iPhone app, and 2-there are too many privacy concerns (for example app tracks user content). In this day and age, productivity and note apps are only usable if they are end to end encrypted. Это просто отбивает желание пользоваться этим приложением. Кто такое придумал интересно ? Подписка стоимостью почти 5 тыс. это все таки через чур загнули я считаю. Впрочем, у каждого своё мнение. Но мне думается , что для задачника это необоснованно дорого. Можно купить вместо этой подписки целую полноценную программу для компа Things3 которая будет работать без всяких подписок. Only reply was from RTM's automated Bob the Monkey acknowledging receipt on my first email. Absolutely nothing after that. No assistance whatsoever. As a result, I'm dropping RTM and moving on. I was under the impression that it had actual alarms that would go off when your scheduled task was to be completed, it does not. I can just screenshot my notepad and text my lists to whoever needs to see it. I do not want my personal, private information synced to a 3rd party server. Developers: Let us explore your app WITHOUT having to set up an account. Give us an option later of synching, locally or via iCloud if we chose to—and even to skip your servers! Respect our privacy — and let us try your app without an account; that is, to test the waters first! ### 1/5 — Alarm doesn’t work *2024-06-02, version 8.5.3* Crappy app that doesn’t do anything ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2024-04-15, version 8.5.3* It took a little while to integrate this app with Google calendar, and once I did that I of course realized that my single little test task was hanging out, way up in the boonies above 1 AM, it was barely visible. And of course there is some kind of add on or widget for Google Calendar that is supposed to allow you to edit the task, so maybe you could add a time of day to the task, but I am not going to bother finding out because there are just too many steps and it’s too time consuming. ### 1/5 — Doesn't create notifications for reminders *2024-04-04, version 8.5.3* Doesn't perform like a reminder ### 1/5 — Unprofessional subscription service *2024-02-26, version 8.5.3* I’ve been using the App Store since its inception- maybe posted 3 reviews. This will be four. As for the app? It functions as intended, no better or worse than others in the App Store. I moved to RTM from Todo which worked great but was clunky for simple tasks. After using remember the milk for a few days I paid for a subscription and went pro. A year later they sent me an email staying the price went up 25% and it was time to upgrade because my subscription expires today. Great customer service- send an expiration reminder on the day the subscription expires. The pro features were shut off before I could even get to my desk at work and copy my subtasks over to the notes area. Typical cash grab apps. They give you subpar features just a bit better than the free apps online and constantly raise fees. Je n’ai rien trouvé de mieux pour l’instant. Je me sers de l’application aussi bien sur iPhone que sur iPad et sur Safari en mode web (la version la plus avancée). La seule fonctionnalité que j’aimerais avoir et qui n’existe pas serait la possibilité d’imprimer les tâches de toute une semaine dans un format tableau avec les jours en colonnes et les différentes listes en lignes. Cela me permettrait de visualiser une semaine de travail d’un seul coup et mieux organiser mes tâches sur la semaine (un peu en mode Kanban). ### 5/5 — Great List App *2025-12-30, version 10.3.0* If you struggle with lists because you are ADHD then this is your app. Easy to use, you can schedule and prioritize. I had been using it about a month and love it. I like filtering out to just the tasks I need to do today. Sort could be better, I would want it from today forward on due date/time, then priority. And another sort for priority first then due date/time.
