Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed to your Apple ID. Setting up used to be four screens of explanation that left you looking at an empty list. Now Remembo asks once for your contacts, pulls in the birthdays already saved there, and shows you that list straight away — so there is something in the app the moment you open it. Widgets are free for everyone now. So are daily reminders. Neither needs a subscription. Also in this update: a new app icon — a cake instead of a letter R. And "From Contacts" no longer sends you to Settings when there is nothing there to change. ### 1.0.6 — 2026-08-04 Only fixes this time — no new buttons to learn. Our widgets briefly lost the plot: they were showing invented events instead of your real ones. We sat them down, had a serious talk, and they came back reformed — real dates, correct countdowns, and the date format your language actually uses. One-off events no longer haunt your Home Screen forever. Reminders also stopped counting the same birthday twice, so “2 people are celebrating today” is once again reserved for days when two people are, in fact, celebrating.
