I downloaded this app because I had a crush on the product designer but using the app has been an entertaining experience in and of itself. You get that early product feeling which is hard to come by these days (where every user on the app is your friend and anything is possible). Onboarding was also fun and I feel like there is high potential to grow a positive community on this platform but not in a boring way like I just made it sound. If they can perfect the UX for complex/layered text and image combinations and make it never crash this app will replace Instagram for me and I really hope that happens soon because I hate being on Instagram. Also the background remove feature rocks although I almost feel like it would be just as good to cut out the part of the image you want by drawing a line with your finger and just having the edge be messy 👍. Anyway this is a really cool app.

Imagine a place. A place where you can connect with your family. A place where you can get caught up on current events. A place where you can engage with your community, debate theory, AND jumpstart your activism career. A place where you can watch a video you’ve seen 10 times with the watermark covered up with “who made this??? 😭😭” THIS IS NOT THAT PLACE. This is a place for the GOOFY AHH GOOBERS, the SCALLYWAGS, and the QUANDALEDINGLIANS to do the HAHA and the FUNNY and the KEKE and the AHYUK HYUK. Nothing else.
