## What is RememRx?

RememRx helps you take the right medication at the right time, every time, without a subscription nagging you along the way.

Whether you're managing your own prescriptions or looking after medications for your whole family, RememRx keeps everyone on schedule with clear reminders, simple logging, and a daily view that shows exactly what's due, what's late, and what's done.

FREE, NO CATCH
• Unlimited medications and reminders: no caps, no counting, no upsell when you add the fifth one
• Flexible scheduling: multiple doses a day, specific times or intervals, "as-needed" medications, custom days of the week, and longer cycles like every 28 days, monthly or annual
• Take until empty: for a course like "40 tablets, two a day, finish the bottle", enter what is in the container and the end date works itself out
• Two tabs on Today: what is still waiting on you, and what you have already handled, so a busy morning is a short list instead of a screen of green ticks
• One-off doses: record something you took once, like an antihistamine, without setting it up as a medication
• Medication name suggestions from over 24,000 US medications, built in and fully offline
• Act on a dose straight from the notification: snooze it in place, or tap Take to confirm it
• Retroactive logging for a dose you already took but forgot to record
• Start a course partway through its first day, with the doses before it never counted against you
• A simple recovery flow for anything missed. No guilt, just get back on track
• Multiple Profiles: track medications for a spouse, a child, or a parent alongside your own, all from one device, at no extra cost
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets showing today's next dose
• 7 days of dose history and an adherence streak to keep you motivated
• Time zone aware: when you travel, choose whether reminders shift with you
• Built-in help that works offline, with a way to ask us a question in the app
• View medications someone has shared with you, no purchase required

ONE UNLOCK, EVERYTHING INCLUDED
Most medication apps have moved to subscriptions. RememRx hasn't, and won't. Premium is a single one-time purchase that unlocks:

• A full Apple Watch app: the same two tabs as Today, hold to confirm a dose, take a whole run of doses at once, log a one-off, and recover a missed dose without reaching for your phone
• Full Dose History: your complete medication history, not just the last week
• iCloud Backup & Sync: your data backed up and synced across your Apple devices
• Remote Caregiver Sharing: give someone on their own iPhone a live, read-only view of your adherence. They need RememRx installed, but they do not need to buy anything
• Caregiver Alerts: a remote caregiver can be notified when a dose is missed, so nobody has to remember to go and check. You choose who, and the alert never names the medication
• PDF Adherence Reports: a clean summary ready to bring to a doctor's visit
• Refill Tracking: know how much you have left, counted in the unit on your container, with a low-supply alert before you run out
• Every future feature we add, included at no extra cost, forever

Pay once. Own it. No renewals and no surprise charges. Premium supports Apple's Family Sharing, so one purchase covers everyone in your Apple Family.

BUILT FOR PRIVACY
No login. No account. No email address to hand over. Your medication data lives on your device, not on someone else's server, and the app works fully offline. Backup and sync are powered by your own private iCloud account. RememRx never sees or stores your health information on any server we run, because we do not run one.

Medication names stay off your lock screen by default. Reminders say "your medication" until you decide otherwise, so a glance at your phone doesn't tell the room what you take.

RememRx is a reminder and tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, and it isn't a substitute for guidance from your doctor or pharmacist.

Better dose management.

MISSED DOSES ARE REPORTED EVEN WHEN YOU LOG THEM LATE

If you share with a remote caregiver, a dose you took well after its due time stopped being reported at all — logging it late made it look, to the app, like nothing had gone wrong. Your iPhone now works out afterwards whether anything was actually taken in time, so a late dose still reaches your caregiver.

A word on timing, because it is not what an alert used to feel like: your own iPhone is what notices, and it notices when you open RememRx. If your phone was closed or offline when a dose was missed, your caregiver hears at the next check rather than at the minute it happened. The upside is that an alert now means something real, rather than meaning your caregiver's phone had not heard from yours.

A WAY TO SEE THAT IT IS WORKING

Settings now shows when your iPhone last checked for missed doses and what it found, right under the switch that turns caregiver alerts on. You can tap it to check immediately. An alert that never arrives leaves no trace anywhere, so this is the one place to confirm that the checking is happening.

YOUR CAREGIVER'S VIEW REFRESHES WHEN THEY COME BACK TO IT

Shared medication data used to be read once when the screen opened and then held, so leaving it open showed figures that quietly stopped changing. It now re-reads whenever the app returns to the front.

THE WATCH UPDATES WHEN EITHER APP IS OPENED

Opening RememRx on your iPhone now sends fresh data to your Apple Watch, and opening the watch app asks your iPhone for it. Previously both sides only exchanged data when something happened to change, so a watch showing an out-of-date day had no way to correct itself.

### 1.18.30 — 2026-09-28

MISSED-DOSE ALERTS NO LONGER CRY WOLF

If you share with a remote caregiver, they could be told you had missed a dose you actually took a couple of minutes after it was due. The alert was arranged on their phone ahead of time and only called off if a message reached it in time — and on a phone nobody has opened since the morning, that message often never arrived.

Your own iPhone now makes the decision, from its own records, and an alert is only sent once there is genuinely something to say. A dose you logged can no longer produce one.

This was meant to arrive in the previous update, but sharing that was already set up never switched over to it. It now switches over on its own: nothing to turn on, and nothing to re-send.

The trade-off is that your iPhone has to be on and connected to send an alert. If it was off or offline when a dose was missed, your caregiver hears the next time it can rather than at that exact minute.

ALERTS REACH A PHONE THAT HAS BEEN SITTING IDLE

Caregiver alerts are now delivered directly, instead of depending on the app having been opened recently, so they arrive on a phone that has spent the day in a pocket.

A WATCH STUCK ON "NO DOSES TODAY"

An Apple Watch could end up showing an empty day and stay that way — through relaunching, and through walking back into range of your iPhone. It happened when your iPhone answered "Premium is unlocked" a moment before it had finished working out what the day held, which is most likely when Premium comes through Family Sharing.

Your iPhone no longer reports a day it has not worked out yet, and the watch now asks again whenever what it is holding looks wrong, rather than only when it thinks Premium is locked.

MISSED-DOSE ALERTS NO LONGER CRY WOLF

### 1.18.28 — 2026-09-20

A DOSE YOU TAKE EARLY STAYS TAKEN

Taking a dose ahead of its scheduled time now settles it for good. The reminder at its due time stands down and stays down, including when a medication's schedule has just changed or come to an end.

THE WATCH APP UNLOCKS WHEN YOUR IPHONE SAYS IT SHOULD

The Apple Watch app now remembers that Premium is unlocked between launches instead of starting locked each time, and asking it to check again produces a fresh answer from your iPhone rather than repeating the last one. Premium shared through Apple Family Sharing arrives after your iPhone has started up, which is the case this most often got wrong. If the watch still cannot be reached, it now says which part is not working rather than giving the same message for every cause.

A CONTROL FOR THE WATCH, AND A WAY BACK

Settings has a new "Send data to your watch again", which re-sends everything to your Apple Watch and tells you whether it worked. The Apple Watch section stays visible whether or not the watch app is detected, so it is there when something needs fixing, and hiding the watch-face tip can now be undone.

### 1.18.26 — 2026-09-18

SAVING AN EDIT SAYS SO

Changing a medication now confirms the change and closes, instead of reporting a problem and then asking whether to discard edits it had already saved.

AN AS-NEEDED MEDICATION SAYS WHERE IT STANDS

A medication you take as needed now marks itself "Limit reached" once you have had everything your daily maximum allows, and the card keeps room for the medication's name alongside the time you last took it.
