Fantastic I have one wishlist item. 1. Allow Tabbing between controls. I would like to use only the keyboard to Tab from one control to the next without requiring mouse use. But then I’ll do it again and it doesn’t, and the app continues to work as long as it’s loaded. But if I swipe/quit the app the issue starts again. A shame. Lastly, unsure why dev' decided to delete the free old logos found in settings, but bring them back! Previous: "Remind Me Faster" App is missing any Hourly options that are found in Apple Reminders. Das ist nervig und alles andere als remind me faster ### 2/5 — If Siri understands context, why can’t this app *2025-01-03* Downloaded this app hoping it would finally be a replacement for settings reminders via Siri. Unfortunately, it’s a lot dumber than Siri. Example: “Remind me at 5:32PM to call X’s Restaurant to confirm the reservation.” Siri will then send a notification of the reminder at 5:32, and it will include the address & phone number of the restaurant. The same text typed into this app just sets a text-only reminder of exactly what I typed, with no time or address set. Oh, and you can only set times by increments of 5 mins (30m > 35m > 40m). Hope you don’t need to set a specific timer that goes in increments of 2 or 3 minutes! I don’t see the point in using this app when Siri is more capable, and you can enable type-to-Siri. But in terms of design and animations, this app is beautiful. Just wish it was smarter & granular so it is more useful. **Developer response:** Hey there - the feedback is much appreciated. Natural language time detection needs to be enabled in settings first, which is perhaps why you didn’t see that work in your example. It’s a paid feature, but you can enable and test it out for free. Noted re: the time picker granularity! It used to allow for 1 minute intervals but it made picking common times a little too long so I changed to 5 mins. I’ll consider adding flexibity here. The other behaviour (restaurant location & number detection) are indeed not supported in Remind Me Faster. Interesting ideas though, I’ll be sure to ponder the idea. It’s mapped to my Action Button and has a place in my menu bar because it allows for more granularity in quickly capturing ideas and todos than any other solution. The syntax for changing lists and adding extra features are easy to pick up and flow naturally when adding reminders.
