It’s easy to create daily, weekly, monthly or even annual reminders (Bdays, check ups etc). Having a choice of using sounds, music or voice alerts keeps it fresh. Note: If I could have one thing different, I’d like to be able to select music that isn’t solely from Apple’s music program which I do not use. Thank you. ### 3/5 — Aida Reminders *2026-02-24, version 9.6* This is an OK app, but not as good as the original one with the bars on the side where you can choose different things. Not be forced to use the things that’s on the app. The earlier version gave me the opportunity to choose how my Reminders were set up. Can I go back to that app? Eg., voice memos cannot be preceded by an alarm tone; can’t convert a reminder from one type to another; can’t copy a reminder to speed up creating a similar one. When I saw this newer version in the app store I checked it out and it seemed like it would be a good idea because it had several areas that they had a lot of improvements. But after I had the app purchased & installed I found out that I would have to go into the older app and transfer all of my info to the new app by entering it myself. I tried to contact the company and ask if there was any way to get it to auto fill all of my info from one app to the other. All they said was no they couldn’t do anything to help in transferring the information and they were sorry. This app has a lot of updates over the last one except one very important one. The ability to move all of your settings and your reminders from your old app to the new one. The way it is now you have to go thru the old app and manually add them to the new app which takes a lot of time. It would be a lot easier if you had a way to do it automatically. Love that I can use a pic in the app or a pic that I have saved and/or edited in my phone library. Being able to skip the next reminder or turn off completely and/or turn back on individual reminders whenever I want. It’s unpredictable when the alarms are going to work, and undependable. Doesn’t matter to me anymore why it fails, or who’s fault it is, I’m not messing with it anymore. It needs to wake me up, not go off when I wake my phone’s screen up. My volume control is all the way up. Although, when voice is recorded and played back the volume is loud enough. ### 1/5 — It does not work *2021-11-25, version 6.3* You NEED to have your screen on and awake AND have the app opened front-and-center in order to deliver voice reminders. I purchased this application for the voice reminder feature. I’ve trouble-shot it per the instructions listed within the app under the heading “No Sound”. Nothing works. It will play the voice recording IF the phone is on (it automatically goes to sleep after a few minutes, obviously) AND if the app is opened. I wrote to support & hope they get back to me.
