## What is RemindFocus?

RemindFocus is built for brains that struggle to focus, forget everything, and fall into endless scrolling. Three separate tools, intentionally kept apart, to match how ADHD actually works.
 
FOCUS TIMER
Start a timed focus session from 1 minute up to 75 minutes, or up to 4 hours with Pro. Pair it with brown noise, pink noise, or white noise to block distractions and enter deep work mode. A fullscreen screen-on mode keeps your timer visible without unlocking your phone. When the session ends, a gentle sound brings you back.
 
DISTRACTION PARKING (LINK SAVER)
You're in a focus session and a random thought sends you down a rabbit hole. Instead of following it, park it. Save any link with one tap via the share sheet. RemindFocus stores it silently with a thumbnail and category: no notifications, no pressure, no autoplay. It does not play videos at you. It holds the link so you can come back when your work is done. Up to 30 links without Pro, unlimited with Pro.
 
REMINDERS & MEMOS
RemindFocus sends you scheduled reminders that actually interrupt you, because ADHD brains need that. Set a memo to fire at a specific time: "Take the laundry out," "Take your meds," "Leave now." Reminders are always unlimited and never locked behind Pro. 
 
PROGRESS & STREAKS
The Progress tab shows your focus streak, total hours, an hourly heatmap of when you concentrate best, and your session history. Watch your consistency grow day by day. The full history and heatmap are available with Pro.
