They will frustrate you before releasing the money to the recepient. They will ask for unnecessary bank statements and pay slips, and even after sending them, will still not release your money. They will ask why your monthly salary does not match the amount you are sending, forgetting that people do save money when they are paid. The frustration is not worth it!!!! There are better money transaction apps with higher rates. The customer service is one of the worst!
