This is extremely frustrating, especially when the whole point of using a money transfer service is for funds to reach the recipient quickly and reliably. There has been no satisfactory explanation for the delay and this has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. If there is going to be delayed customers should at least be properly informed and given a clear explanation of what is happening.
