Buggy, expensive transaction fee, slow process!! It always crash. I didn’t even know that there is a problem with my remittance not until my mom asked what’s causing the delay. Communication is the key here, if you cannot deliver the service on time, let your customer know. I asked for a refund and it’ll take longer than the time that they took the money out from my account. Bismal service I must say.
