I used the “resend receipt” button from the drop down menu and it keeps telling me that my receipt has been sent but there is nothing in my email. Apple should pull such poorly supported apps from their store. My app has been locked for days, I call the helpline, it rings then cuts, when I get through I waste my time on the queue then it cuts! I chat with support and before I can say a word the chat crashes, when I email, no response for 2 days and still waiting! Can I give a worse review ? I make us of Desktop version daily for official purposes, been doing this for years. I felt I should try the mobile version to ease my job but could not even find where to log in as an existing user. Nigeria is better than this, it is rather unfortunate and unpleasant that this kind of app can be released without proper UAT.
