Apple should pull such poorly supported apps from their store. My app has been locked for days, I call the helpline, it rings then cuts, when I get through I waste my time on the queue then it cuts! I chat with support and before I can say a word the chat crashes, when I email, no response for 2 days and still waiting! Can I give a worse review ? What a shambolic mess! ### 1/5 — APP DOES NOT SEND RECEIPT *2021-09-09* Please kindly ensure the app is able to send receipts to emails or to printers directly. The app does not give me the option of sending my receipt to a printer or any email. I am not able to send my transaction receipt to any email from the app. **Developer response:** Thanks Hash Bee. In the meantime, you could use the resend receipt/invoice menu available on www.remita.net ### 1/5 — Shame. *2020-12-15, version 1.59* No where to log in, perhaps hidden. I make us of Desktop version daily for official purposes, been doing this for years. I felt I should try the mobile version to ease my job but could not even find where to log in as an existing user. Nigeria is better than this, it is rather unfortunate and unpleasant that this kind of app can be released without proper UAT. Guys check it out. ### 3/5 — Can't send email *2017-09-11* It is good app but after one has seen his receipt, he cannot send that copy to email from the inbuilt send to email button. It always gives unknown error. One needs to be able to print receipts from the app. Pay Slip is also given unknown error **Developer response:** Hi Toomann, We are happy to announce that you can now print receipts from the app. There's a report feature on the app from which you can view your transaction history with accompanying receipts, directly in PDF. You could send this to your printer from your phone to print out your receipts. Kindly update your app on the store to enjoy this and other exciting features.
