The rate kept declining once the payment was made to RemitlBee acct and for withdrawal of money, they charged $5 so I was kinda stuck with bad rate

It kept lagging and cancelling my transaction. When i tried doing it again, it lowered the exchange rate!

I have had an absolute nightmare experience attempting a $3,000 withdrawal with Remitbee. It has been 10 days since the initial request, and the process has been a masterclass in mismanagement.
The level of inconsistency is staggering. During my attempts to get this resolved, I spoke to multiple agents who couldn't even agree on the fee structure—I was quoted everything from $5 to $55 to "free" at different times.
While trying to resolve this while overseas on vacation, the experience was even worse. I would wake up to emails from random support staff (despite keeping my replies in the same thread) contradicting everything I had been told previously. I was told over the phone to simply submit a void cheque, only to wake up the next morning to an email demanding a selfie with my ID, despite having already verified my account.
It reached a point where I had to contact the fraud department at my bank (CIBC) to report the erratic behavior of this platform. I’ve had to waste countless hours of my vacation time on live chats, phone calls, and endless email chains just to access my own money.
If you value your time and your sanity, look elsewhere. Remitbee’s support is fragmented, their information is unreliable, and they make accessing your own funds an exhausting, full-time job. Extremely poor experience.

Do not download or send money using it. It will take years to send yet not sure the money will be transferred or not. I initiated payment 20 days ago, and still nothing has arrived to other site. Worst worst worst worst worst experience and app.

I used this tool frequently to transfer money to south america and it is very useful and no fees. I also use to get esim cards when I am traveling overseas, their price is competitive compared to other services. Happy with their services.

This app is easy to use, but the rates aren’t always great. There are other apps out there that will give you a better rate, but you might have to deal with some other apps’ nonsense
