I also got problem at first on adding money in my account but it was resolved immediately when I talked to their customer service and fixed the issue. Sometimes I need to send money quickly and days of trying too get tech support too fix it doesn't work. Recently I tried to get support for someone and they told me she needs to call. She called and no one answered the line. She chatted and the first question was to give a transaction reference number. Which she couldn't get because she couldn't log in. So I sent it to her and she shared it and they can't seem to get it. It's good when it works but it's too often it doesn't work. I sponsor two young women for college and was sending a small amount weekly and it's a good conversion rate and no fees.
