The app initially said a bank transfer would take about 5 minutes, but after linking my bank account through Plaid, the estimate changed to 5 minutes to 3 days. Then, after I’m done with the transfer, I was asked to provide my ID and later a bank statement by a representative. I canceled the transaction. I have all the proofs. First they say additional review up to couple of hours. Then they promise up to 24 hrs and finally ending up asking you to wait 48 hours. This is insane. Their customer service only do tricks to keep the money when you reach out.
