However, I've encountered a frustrating issue: every time I attempt to generate an image or try different prompts, the app crashes and closes unexpectedly. I've tried restarting the app and my device, but the problem persists. I would like to use the app, as I’ve heard good things about it, but this crashing issue is preventing me and other users from doing so. ### 4/5 — Suggestion *2024-06-23, version v3.318* Randomize an image into random AI art ### 2/5 — Please Go Back to Old Formatting *2024-06-10* I really enjoy that we can re-roll as many times as we like. Please go back to the PREVIOUS formatting. It was so user-friendly. The new formatting is very complicated and is not user-friendly. I’M NOT EVEN SURE HOW TO ADD MULTIPLE PHOTOS TO MY PROFILE ANYMORE. This went from being my favorite. Movements like walking are Cracker Jack surprise for the most part not fluid clunky, and image deforms. Renderings take forever, lost a bunch of images I saved when selected in multiples. While others I try to upload don’t go through after long processing. More of a 2.5,stars remix is ok. It worked great. It was fast and never failed. So that I bought one year of pro and it’s so disappointing. Runs way slower than before and often times fails to render at all time after time. ### 1/5 — More stars when it stops crashing *2024-11-07, version v3.461* In painting if you try to type it crashes absolutely 100% of the time and I pay for the premium. Might be worth a dime after the issue is resolved ### 1/5 — The amount of models locked behind credits even if you’re a paid subscriber is criminal. *2024-10-16* There are over 50 models that are locked behind credits even if you subscribe and pay for the pro member price, you get a refresh of 100 credits per week but if you know anything about creating with AI, there’s plenty of trial and error meaning you will likely use up those 100 credits just for one or two images, or one unsatisfactory video. If you want more credits, you have to buy more. If you look at the “In-App Purchases” section here on the App Store, only two of those are subscription fees, one weekly and one annual, the rest of them are credit refresh fees. Subscriber beware. ### 1/5 — Can’t use app - account creation broken *2024-09-14, version v3.401* I tried every identity provider, all failed with invalid session after being routed to the username creation screen. Even signing up with phone number is broken. The whole chat thing isn’t working like you envisioned. Why can’t you go back to how it was or make it even closer to how it was. Look at the reviews…obviously no one was wanting any changes…it was a successful app! So the smart thing was to change everything that made it popular?? 🤔 It was simple and efficient! If you fix it, I will come back and revise my rating. Until then… I can’t even tell you how very disappointed I am. Remix is hands-down the best. With hundreds of models available for use generating your images, why would you go anywhere else? Other apps pretty much give you one choice. Remix has hundreds. Not to mention a host of features that allow you to add modifiers to each model. It’s mind blowing really. Happened so I decided to signed up for the unlimited pro access use okay fine then another update happen now it’s saying I have only a certain amount of credits used for pro when it supposed to be unlimited. in the yearly subscription I purchased What’s going on? Is this going to happen every update? Update : so I had to rereading what you get with the pro package and it says you get a 100 pro pack credits per week I didn’t see that before so no it makes more scenes now you’ll still have full access to the regular pro app but keep in mind. There is an upgrade for enhancement, which is the credit you’ll get per week so don’t freak out like I did.
