• Add, edit, and delete phases under a plan

• Reorder phases by drag-and-drop

• Per phase: estimated/actual dates and costs, and a vendor/contractor name field for your own notes

■ Spaces and checklists

• Define spaces/locations under each phase

• Checklists per space with completion toggles
